You will train these scenarios live against training partners of different sizes and skill levels — building reflexes that work when adrenaline is pumping, not just in a controlled demo.
Add in Muay Thai for stand-up striking awareness and MMA for seamless transitions between ranges, and you leave Gracie Barra Celebration with a complete self-defense toolkit.
