Mixed Martial
Arts (MMA)
Integrate striking, takedowns, and ground fighting into a single skillset. Our MMA program at Gracie Barra Celebration is coached by Head Instructor Rodrigo Frezza and open to all experience levels.
Where Every
Discipline Connects
MMA has grown into the world's fastest-expanding combat sport because it answers a simple question: what works when all the rules are stripped away? The answer is a combination of disciplines — striking, clinch work, takedowns, and ground control — blended into a single, adaptable system.
At Gracie Barra Celebration, Head Instructor Rodrigo Frezza coaches the MMA program with a methodical, detail-focused approach. Each class connects striking to wrestling transitions, ground-and-pound positioning, and submission awareness so that every technique has context within a real scenario.
You do not need to aspire to cage fighting to benefit from MMA training. Many of our members use it to round out their BJJ game, improve overall athleticism, or simply get an intense, varied workout that challenges both body and mind.
