Eight weapons. One complete striking system. Our Muay Thai program in Celebration teaches authentic Thai boxing technique — from your first jab to advanced clinch entries — while delivering one of the most demanding full-body workouts you can find.
Learn to Strike
with Purpose
Muay Thai originated in Thailand as a battlefield combat method and evolved into one of the world's most respected ring sports. It is the only striking art that systematically integrates punches, kicks, elbows, knees, and clinch fighting — making it the stand-up discipline of choice for professional fighters and fitness enthusiasts alike.
At Gracie Barra Celebration, Muay Thai training is built around developing proper form, timing, and power in a controlled environment. Every class pairs technical instruction with high-intensity pad work, bag rounds, and partner drills — so you walk away with both improved skill and an excellent workout.
Whether you train Muay Thai on its own or combine it with BJJ for a complete martial arts education, the program is designed to meet you at your current level and push you forward from there. Sparring is always optional and reserved for students who actively choose it.
