At Gracie Barra Celebration, our MMA program doesn't just touch on each discipline — it teaches you how to transition seamlessly between them.
Head Instructor Rodrigo Frezza builds each MMA class around scenario-based training: how to close distance against a striker, defend a takedown and counter, maintain cage control, and finish fights on the ground. Adults sessions (14+) include wrestling integration, ground-and-pound positioning, and live situational rounds. Kids MMA (6-13) introduces multi-discipline fundamentals through structured games and drills that develop athleticism and fight IQ early.
MMA sessions run multiple times weekly at 1420 Celebration Blvd, Ste 108, alongside our No-Gi and Self-Defense classes. Fighters from Celebration, Kissimmee, Champions Gate, and the broader Disney-corridor area choose GB Celebration for serious MMA development.

What ages can train at Gracie Barra Celebration?
We accept students starting at age 3 in our Tiny Champs program. Kids classes run from ages 3–13 across three age groups, and adult classes start at age 14 with no upper limit.
Do I need experience to start training?
No — the majority of our students started with zero martial arts experience. Our certified curriculum is designed to take complete beginners through a structured progression at their own pace.
