At Gracie Barra Celebration, our Kickboxing program is built on authentic Muay Thai foundations — meaning every combination you throw uses proper mechanics, every drill develops real timing, and the fitness benefits come as a byproduct of learning an actual fighting skill.
Adults (14+) train on heavy bags, Thai pads, and with partners — progressing from basic stance and footwork through advanced combinations, defensive movement, and controlled contact rounds. Kids (6+) follow a structured curriculum emphasizing coordination, reaction time, and respectful partner work that keeps them engaged and progressing week over week.
